By becoming a foster or volunteer, you aren’t just “helping”—you are providing the safety, training, and love a dog needs to become ready for their forever family. Every new foster home opened means another life saved from a high-kill environment.

Become a Foster Hero

The Commitment: Provide a temporary home (usually 2 weeks to 3 months) for a dog in need.
The Reward: Watching a shy or shut-down dog blossom into a happy pet.
The Support: We cover all medical expenses and provide supplies. You provide the space and the love.

Become a Volunteer

Transport: Help us get dogs to vet appointments or adoption events or to their forever homes.
Events & Outreach: Represent Animaltopia at local community events.
Digital Support: Help us with social media, photography, or administrative tasks from home.

You provide the heart. We provide the rest.

Medical Care: 100% covered. We handle all vet visits, vaccinations, and medications.
Support & Training: Our team is available 24/7 to help you navigate behaviors or medical questions.
Supplies: We provide crates, leashes, and initial food to get you started.
